To feed a dog an ultra processed / high carb diet the pancreas has to work overtime to try to manage blood sugar levels and break down the sugars. The Pancreas becomes inflamed, digestive enzymes start releasing prematurely causing it to start digesting itself. I will never forgive myself for not educating myself whilst I still had you but it's my duty now to try and spread the word and shout louder than these huge kibble companies whose sole purpose it is to make profit and not your dog's longevity of health. Even if you feed processed, I'm, not demonising, I'm spreading the word that adding at least 10% of goodness to their bowl can increase their quality of life tenfold.
